As a Certified Education Director, Elizabeth’s goals are to help individuals obtain a real estate license as well become certified Real Estate Instructors. She has practical knowledge of the real estate industry and the ability to convey terms, timeframes, responsibilities, purposes, agency, ethics, real estate law and obligations. She finds pleasure in sharing her knowledge of the industry.  Her greatest concerns has been in reference to creating affordable home buying opportunities and she knows that the more licensees there are, more opportunities will be created. 

Her training includes securing financing, insurance and home warranties, managing trust accounts, title transfers, escrow, disclosures and POAs for absentee parties. She has also, leased, sold and managed commercial and residential properties, short sales, foreclosures, negotiated terms and contracts, analyzed agreements, explained programs, regulations, evaluations. Before becoming a Realtor in November 2000, she was a Detention Officer for both Mecklenburg and Durham County Sheriff Departments. Her background also includes accounting, tax preparation and financial coaching.  

She is a certified Real Estate Instructor, Holds Real Estate licenses in North and South Carolina and 3 active insurance licenses in 3 states.
